A simple reason to get outside
The proposed format is a short social outing with a clear start, return plan, and room for walking. Conversation should be optional, and nobody needs to bring a work story or a race goal. Choose the crew closest to the week you actually have.
What a listing must tell you
Before an organized run opens, it should name the leader, meeting point, duration, surface, pace options, and any limits on dogs or strollers. It should also explain whether a rear leader is provided and how cancellations are communicated. A generic crew page is not a substitute for those details.
Costs and commitments
Casual runs are intended to be free, without a paid membership or required purchase. Food afterward, transport, and personal equipment remain individual expenses. There are no live bookings yet, and attending a future social run will not commit you to the First 100 campaign.
