A proposal is not a scheduled run
Crew pages and event concepts do not establish a date, meeting point, or responsible captain. A confirmed listing must provide those details along with the route, format, participation requirements, and a communication channel.
Changes and cancellations
The organizer must explain how participants receive updates and when they should check them. Weather, air quality, access, and leadership availability can affect an outing. Do not assume a proposed recurring format means a run is happening on any particular day.
Personal belongings and facilities
Storage, showers, toilets, water, and transport must be stated explicitly if provided. Otherwise, plan to carry your own essentials and arrange your own journey. Dogs, strollers, and guests depend on the route and event format rather than a blanket site-wide promise.
Paid events need their own terms
No payments are taken here. A future paid event must publish pricing, inclusions, refund and cancellation terms, and any transfer rules before accepting money. These planning expectations do not create an entry contract or insurance coverage.
